In October 2024, I had the privilege of attending an intensive safety training session in Castle Rock, Colorado, presented by Tucker Water Fed Pole manufacturer and Mike Draper, The Safety Advocate Trainer. This comprehensive training covered essential safety protocols for ladder use, water-fed pole operations, aerial lift procedures, and rappel window cleaning.

Throughout the training, we delved into the intricacies of OSHA and ANSI standards, with Mike Draper providing detailed explanations and quotations to emphasize their importance.
