Our Safety Commitment

At Clean Chandeliers, safety isn't an afterthought — it's built into every aspect of how we work. With over 36 years in the industry, we've developed rigorous safety protocols that protect both your property and our team.

Insurance & Liability

We carry comprehensive general liability insurance on every job. This protects your property and gives you peace of mind knowing that you're working with a fully insured professional team.

Property Protection

  • Floor and furniture coverings: We lay down protective drop cloths and padding beneath every chandelier before we begin.
  • Careful handling: Every crystal, glass piece, and component is handled with clean, lint-free gloves and treated as if it were irreplaceable.
  • Documentation: We photograph fixtures before and after cleaning so you can see the results and we maintain a record of the work.
  • Appropriate cleaning solutions: We use cleaning products matched to the specific materials of your fixtures — never harsh chemicals that could damage delicate surfaces.

Ladder & Height Safety

  • Professional-grade ladders and scaffolding rated for the work being performed
  • Three-point contact rule followed at all times
  • Stable, level setup verified before any elevated work begins
  • Fall protection equipment used when working at significant heights

Electrical Safety

  • All chandeliers and fixtures are powered off and verified before work begins
  • We allow bulbs and fixtures to cool completely before handling
  • Electrical components are kept dry and handled with appropriate care
